🌿 International Women’s Day Mountain Retreat

March 8th | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Investment: $79 (includes Serenity Garden spa access)

This is your invitation to move, breathe, connect, and celebrate what your body can do.

We’ll spend the afternoon together hiking Mount Daniel at a supportive, inclusive pace. This isn’t a race — it’s about showing up, climbing together, and building momentum.

After our hike, we’ll slow it down with a grounding yoga session to stretch tired muscles, regulate your nervous system, and anchor into gratitude for your strength.

Then we head to the spa gardens at Painted Boat Resort for hot tub, sauna, relaxation, and reflection. Bring your journal. Bring your thoughts. Bring your real self.

We’ll provide snacks throughout the day — please bring your own dinner and a water bottle.

⛰ The 12-Week “Why Not You?” Mountain Challenge

Investment: $199 (Retreat included)

This is where things shift.

Over 12 weeks, we train with purpose. Instead of chasing a smaller body, we build a stronger, more capable one.

We’ll prepare together for:

  • Timed hikes up Mount Daniel

  • Progress climbs on Soames Hill

  • Our final challenge: conquering the Grouse Grind as a team

You’ll receive:

  • Structured cardio programming

  • Performance-focused nutrition guidance

  • Accountability buddy matched to your level

  • Weekly progression targets

  • Coaching and group support

  • Full access to the International Women’s Day Retreat

Strength training is highly encouraged for best results and body recomposition. Structured strength options are available separately, with both in-person and online pathways to support your goals.

This program is designed for women of varying fitness levels. You do not need to “get in shape” to join. You will build shape, strength, and stamina as you go.
