“I have loved doing Shred! I am not a huge fan of weight training but know it is so important for overall health and fitness… I jumped right on board because I’m not the type to motivate myself to do weight training on my own. The classes were perfect for my needs, they were quick, I could do them in my (small) living room and I could fit them into my day when it was convenient for me.
