Hi!
I’m a Body Transformation Coach who specializes in helping women move from dread trying on bathing suits to happily taking pictures at the beach. I know from first hand experience the pain of wanting to change my body and trying every diet trend available only to gain the weight back and feel more hopeless than ever. I also know the pain of reaching my goal physique and expecting to feel confident and happy but instead feeling terrified because I knew the path I followed to reach my goal was not sustainable and it was only a matter of time before I reverted back to my traditional ways.
From bodybuilding I learned invaluable lessons about nutrition and performance. From Yoga I learned the absolute necessity of attaining Inner Peace. And by combining these modalities I’ve learned to create balance, listen to my intuition, and live confidently in my body.
It’s my mission in life to help as many women as possible to get out of the struggle and into those tight jeans!

I was born and raised on the stunning Sunshine Coast, BC, where I’m fortunate to live with my incredible husband and two wonderful stepsons. Before my physical transformation, I longed for the life I have today but often stood in my own way—caught in cycles of self-doubt and believing I wasn’t enough. Over time, I not only improved my eating habits but also transformed the limiting beliefs that had held me back. Changing my body was just the start of a deeper journey, and it’s amazing to see how life keeps getting better!
As a family, we love hiking, swimming, and exploring the outdoors. While the boys fish, I often take the chance to roll out my yoga mat or indulge in a self-care activity. During the summer, you’ll find us spending endless hours at the lake or the beach—we’re true sun and surf enthusiasts! Whether we’re foraging for mushrooms, biking, swimming, sledding, skiing, playing tennis, or enjoying countless other outdoor adventures, we feel so grateful to live in such a beautiful place and make the most of it every day.
