Small Group Training

Join us Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for traditional progressive overload style strength training from 5:30-6:15pm. (Occasionally we add a post training cardio trail run/jog/walk).

This group is for those who are wanting to build muscle in a fun, encouraging group in a beautiful outdoor setting! This is not bootcamp, and we don’t do circuits. We lift heavy, and aim for close to failure with most sets. We do a lot of compound lifts, with some accessory work.

We keep the group small so that it feels like a Personal Training session for each person. You’ll get guidance on form, instruction on technique, modifications where required, and a constant reminder to brace your core ;)

If working out in fresh air with awesome people and great music sounds good to you…sign up is below! With a minimum 3 month commitment you will get a pair of 15 to 20lb dumbbells included with your fees.

Bring at least one pair of dumbbells to share, a yoga mat, sweat towel and a good pair of cross trainer/running shoes.
