Personal Training
In person training sessions are available at Rev1ve gym, and are separate from gym membership fees.
These sessions are designed uniquely for you, and built around your own current abilities, goals, and preferences. Exercises are curated to match exactly what you need. Sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour and frequency is based on goals.
Current rates for 1 session per week or more:
Single Person
30 minutes $40
45 minutes $60
60 minutes $75
Partner Training (2)
30 minutes $55
45 minutes $75
60 minutes $100
These rates are not including GST. There is a 10% discount available for a package of 10 sessions used within a 3 month period.
Consultations are free of charge. Program design is available only after at least one package of 10 sessions are used to ensure safety, effectiveness and quality of program. Clients are encouraged to train on their own so that over time they only need to book sessions a few times per year for program changes, form checks etc.
