Slow Flow Yoga
Join us at Cooper’s Green Hall 10am Sunday November 24th for a slow paced, nourishing hour of Hatha Flow practice. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, re-connected and rejuvenated. Take a break from your routine and reward your body with self care and recovery!
This class is for all levels of adult students. Beginner to advanced there will be options for all!
Bring your yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, and a blanket for svasana and an eye pillow if you have one! Make sure you arrive 5 minutes early to set up. Class will begin promptly at 10am.
