Beginner to Intermediate Level | 60 Minutes

Saturday, May 24th | 9 AM – 10 AM | $25

Join us for a grounding Slow Flow Yoga class designed to help you unwind, stretch deeply, and reconnect with your breath. This 60-minute class blends gentle flowing sequences with longer-held, soothing floor postures to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and deep stress relief. Whether you're looking to complement a more intense workout or simply enjoy a peaceful Saturday morning practice, this class offers a nurturing space for all levels.

Bonus option: This class follows Bootcamp (10:15 – 11:15 AM) in the outdoor space just outside Coopers Green Hall. You’re welcome to attend either class individually or combine both for the ultimate morning workout experience!
