Stronger Together: Outdoor Strength Training

Build strength, confidence, and community in the beautiful outdoors of Halfmoon Bay.

This is not your typical bootcamp.

Our focus is on real strength training using the same proven principles that build muscle, improve body composition, and increase overall fitness. We'll lift challenging weights, progressively increase strength over time, and take adequate recovery between sets to ensure quality movement and maximum results.

Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00–11:00 AM at Coopers Green Park.

To see meaningful progress, participants are expected to attend a minimum of two sessions per week. If life gets busy, you'll have access to pre-recorded workouts so you can complete your training at home and stay on track.

Participants will eventually require at least one pair of dumbbells for training (included with a 3-month commitment), however no equipment is required for the trial class.
