We’ll kick things off with a 60-minut Bootcamp—expect a fun, full-body workout that builds strength and gets your heart rate up. After that, we’ll transition into a 60-minute all-levels Yoga practice to stretch, restore, and calm your nervous system.
And because it’s summer… bring your swimsuit! We’ll wrap up with a refreshing post-yoga dip in the ocean—perfect for cooling down and celebrating your efforts.
