This class focuses on mindful movement, offering a slower pace with accessible vinyasas, standing postures, gentle twists, and basic balancing poses. You’ll have time to explore each pose, deepen your breath, and connect with your body. We’ll conclude with a soothing 5-minute savasana, leaving you refreshed and centered.

Class Details:

  • Start Time: 4:00 PM sharp
    (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.)

  • What to Bring: A sticky yoga mat (not a Pilates mat).

  • What to Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. We practice barefoot for stability.

  • Scent-Free Space: Kindly avoid perfumes or heavily scented products, and please wear deodorant.

Note: If you’re new to yoga or if you arrive late, no worries! Simply enter the space quietly and join in.
